 Bell Signs' Design and Engineering Department diligently works with our national clients to improve the quality of the product as well as provide ideas for cost savings. For example, Bell Signs uses Lexan instead of Plexiglas for many of our customers. This durable material, commonly used in the production of bullet-resistant glass, greatly reduces the likelihood of damage in shipping and installation. We also use return coil stock for channel letters, pre-painted according to customer specifications.
The result is lower production cost and, thus, a lower product
price for the customer. In addition to utilizing new technologies
in our cost saving efforts, Bell Signs continuously seeks to
improve your existing designs. By redesigning the electrical
specifications to use fewer lamps and electrical circuits for
one of our prominent national customers, we allowed for more
efficient use of electricity. This change translated into material
cost savings.
 Our
Marketing Design Department provides our clients with
creative artwork concepts. We have the ability to create a sign
for your company completely out of scratch or improve on your
existing designs. Whatever the level of creativity your company
calls for, Bell Signs can produce. Our Design Team helps your
company achieve your desired signage program vision by using
the latest in graphic manipulation software.
We can accommodate almost any format required, including but
not limited to Adobe Illustrator (AI), Corel Draw (CDR), and
EPS. Our Fabrication Design Department utilizes AutoCad
2005 LT and AutoCad2000 to provide detailed schematics for production.
